Single-cell Viewer
The Single-cell Viewer is the lightweight single-cell result preview currently used by Liatir.
Use it for
- inspecting CellTypist label distributions;
- checking single-cell output artifacts before deeper visualization;
- preparing for future Vitessce-based views.
Inputs
- Single-cell artifact generated by a tool.
- Optional label column.
How to read the result
Start with label counts and obvious outliers. If a label distribution looks unexpected, check the input preprocessing and CellTypist reference model.
This viewer is a practical preview. Full interactive single-cell and spatial visualization remains a modular future viewer runtime.
